4. Bucket mold temperature control
The temperature of the bucket mold is closely related to the molding material and must be strictly controlled. On the other hand, it is necessary to observe whether the working state of the instrument is normal and whether the cooling pipe is unblocked or in good condition to ensure the control accuracy of the mold temperature.
5. Take out plastic parts
The removal of molded products depends on the size of the plastic product, and there are three methods: automatic installation, manual removal and robotic removal. However, no matter what working method and picking method are used, it should be ensured that the workpiece and casting system must be thoroughly cleaned during each working cycle. Especially when the bucket machine is in a fully automatic operation state, it is necessary to set the "disassembly part" as a necessary condition for controlling the bucket machine to enter the next working cycle. Otherwise, once the part is left in the bucket mold, the bucket machine will execute the next clamping cycle. In most cases, the bucket mold will be damaged, and even the bucket mold will be seriously deformed and scrapped, so sufficient attention must be paid.
6. Bucket mold cleaning
In production, plastic products (such as burrs, scraps and carbides) are usually kept in the cavity of the bucket mold. At this time, the cavity of the bucket mold must be cleaned. The specific operation is as follows.
1 Take the most time to dig the bucket mold, turn off the power of the hydraulic system of the forming mechanism and all power related to the side shaft, and then open the safety door for cleaning.
2 The cleaning tool must be made of aluminum or copper. Do not use hard tools such as screwdrivers, boring cutters and wrenches to avoid damage to the cavity surface.
3 Do not rub the surface of the bucket mold cavity with your hands, especially the mirror surface. If it is dirty, wipe it with a soft cotton cloth.

7. Observe the working status of the bucket mold
Observation of mold working status
It should be observed from time to time whether the action sequence of the bucket mold is correct, whether the start and end positions, positioning, clamping, etc. of the core puller are accurate and reliable, and whether the sliding parts and guiding parts are correct. Severe wear and bite of the bucket mold, and whether the ejector or return machine is stuck. If you have trouble living, rest or mobility, you should solve the problem immediately.
Some materials may decompose due to thermal decomposition and produce corrosive gases, which can cause metal molds to rust, which usually occurs when the mold is suspended. Therefore, when you stop forming, you must wipe the bucket mold clean with a clean soft cloth and close the mold to prevent corrosion caused by gas generated around other bucket machines. When molding is stopped for a long time, the mold cavity should be wiped, rust inhibitor should be sprayed, the barrel mold should be closed, butter should be applied, and the gate should be closed.
9. Unload the mold to the warehouse
After the production of plastic products, the barrel mold is thoroughly cleaned, and the surface of the cavity, key components, movable parts and positions are accurately and thoroughly inspected. After damage, rust inhibitor should be used. Remove the bucket mold and lock it with the lock plate according to the reverse steps of installing the mold. Complete the various accessories matching the bucket mold, place it with the bucket mold, fill in the bucket mold usage record, and then put the bucket mold into the inventory.
